Joe Dougherty joined Centennial Concrete And Waterproofing in 2008.  Joe is the general manager of Centennial Concrete And Waterproofing.  Joe earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University in 1992.  With over 20 years of experience in the concrete restoration and waterproofing industry, Joe has a comprehensive knowledge of managing all aspects of sales, production, project management, safety, cost estimating, administration and customer satisfaction.  Joe is eager to meet with new and established customers to help preserve and protect their commercial assets.

Mike Padilla

Project Manager

Mike Padilla is a Project Manager of Centennial Concrete And Waterproofing. Mike joined Centennial Concrete And Waterproofing in May of 2009 with over 12 years of construction, restoration, and project management experience. His experience includes evaluation, cost analysis, design, construction administration, and project management for restoration and waterproofing projects on concrete, masonry, and glass commercial structures and stadiums.

Mike has extensive field experience with sealant systems, expansion joints, concrete overlays, traffic coatings, hot and cold waterproofing systems, post tension repairs, paver systems, and concrete repair materials. Specifically, Mike’s experience and projects include evaluation of curtainwall glazing systems, analysis of concrete, cementitious and epoxy repair systems, plaza wear surface systems, along with protective coatings and waterproofing systems. These projects are completed for clients that have valuable industrial or commercial assets in distress that are in need of restoration and protection.

Ernie Tanguma

Ernie Tanguma

Project Manager

Ernie started in waterproofing in May of 1997. With over 23 years of experience, he has developed life long relationships with his customers. Ernie works hard to put his knowledge and experience to use for his customers to achieve the best product and performance on his projects. Everything from scope development to estimating and project management, Ernie has managed over 1,500 projects. He also works with the project engineers from most of the firms in the Denver metro area.

 

 

Micah Saltzman

Superintendent

Micah Saltzman began his career in waterproofing while looking for a summer job between his freshman and sophomore year in college. He worked hard and became a foreman after his first year in the field. After many successful projects he was promoted to Assistant Superintendent in 2006. Micah managed as many as 65 field employees, including 18 foremen on 20 different projects during the high volume season. Now, as the field superintendent at Centennial Concrete And Waterproofing, he has helped build a fantastic team that has many years of varying degrees of expertise.

Levi Cunliffe

Assistant Superintendent

Levi Cunliffe comes from a long line of Waterproofing.  His Grandfather and Father both owned their own different companies for years.  On Levi’s 18th birthday he officially entered the waterproofing trade.  After two short years Levi worked his way up to a foreman position in 2004.  After running many successful jobs Levi was asked to join the Centennial Concrete And Waterproofing team in 2008.  Being the top Foreman here and helping lead and train other foremen, Levi was promoted to assistant superintendent in 2013.
