Safety

At CCW, we believe that the prevention of accidents is both our moral obligation and good business. Our safety efforts are based on our belief that every working person is entitled to a safe and healthful place to work. The responsibility for the health and safety of our employees goes far beyond simple compliance with the federal and state regulatory requirements. We recognize that the protection of our employees, property, the public and the environment are essential to the efficient and successful completion of every project we undertake. Safety is more than a priority at CCW, here safety is a value.

  • Drug  & Alcohol Free Environment is done in accordance with the Department of Transportation and OSHA regulations. CCW also takes it a step further and randomly tests all employees and any employee who tests positive while on the job may be immediately terminated.
  • Tool Box Meetings each week at each of our projects. We conduct mandatory safety meetings covering topics that stress the importance of safety measures, general awareness, environment-specific practices, updated equipment information and more.
  • Trench safety is such an important part of our business that we have created a specific Trench Safety Program with a system of fines for non-compliance.

Our strong ACCIDENT PREVENTION PROGRAM MANAGEMENT and LEADERSHIP make a difference and keep us focused on our goal of ZERO ACCIDENTS.
